The Government is hoping to recruit 100,000 former, current and retired teachers to become private tutors and give 121 tuition to failing and weaker pupils.
I wonder where they are going to get 100,000 teachers experienced in 121 tuition which is a different skill from the challenging job of trying to teach a classroom of 20 children.
That is a lot of people!
